Detained, Milton Leite asks the police to take him to the hospital

Detained in Mogi das Cruzes, former São Paulo Municipal City Council president Milton Leite alleged on this Saturday (19) that he does not feel well and asked to be taken to the hospital. Police will take him to an emergency room in Mogi das Cruzes.

The request for medical care occurs on the same day that Milton Leite's custody hearing is scheduled.

To date, no information has been released about what he might be feeling or his state of health.

The custody hearing is the procedure in which the Court evaluates the circumstances of the arrest and verifies, among other points, the need to maintain the detention.
